Welcome Home Grant Money for 2024!


Funds available beginning March 1st.



Homebuyers who meet the income guidelines may be eligible for up to $20,000 in Welcome Home Grant Money. Grant Money may be applied towards your down payment or closing costs on a VA, FHA, RHS, or Conventional home loan. 

Grant Funds are available on a first-come first-serve basis - so speak with a Town & Country Bank and Trust Co. lender to reserve your funds today. 

Up to $25,000 may be available to those who qualify who are Active Duty Military or Veterans.
